Move through a sequence of poses that flow together seamlessly, syncing your breath with your movement and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All levels are welcome.

The Breath and Beats class is a unique experience that combines breath work and and a live DJ. The session begins with a Palo Santo Energy Cleanse, creating a sacred and purified space for the practice. Mindfulness and Intentions follow, helping you to focus your mind and set the tone for the session. The heart of the practice is the 1-hour Circular Conscious Connecting Breath-work, a powerful technique that activates your parasympathetic system, This breath work practice is accompanied by a Shamanic Music Journey and ends with a Integration & Sharing Circle and a Gratitude Practice.

The Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath class is a practice that combines physical movement, breath work, and sound healing. The class typically begins with the Basic Spinal Energy Series, a sequence of yoga postures that stretch and strengthen the muscles of the spine and neck, helping to release tension and stress.
Throughout the practice, you'll work on every chakra, releasing stagnant energy and clearing and rebalancing each energy center. The class incorporates mantras, breath-work, mudras and kriyas. At the end of the practice, you'll enjoy deep relaxation and a gong bath.

Get ready for a full on bootcamp with non stop drills, challenges and games to get everyone into the team spirit. With an exciting array of challenges that will get you working up a sweat all to the sounds of drum and bass. Endorphins and one epic workout guaranteed!

A unique and transformative dance experience, this Sacred Rave | Ecstatic Dance session with Live DJ starts with a Palo Santo energy cleanse and mindful intention setting. Through this journey of self-exploration, we stimulate our creativity and tap into our internal wisdom by engaging the body, soul, and subconscious mind. This class provides a safe and supportive space for you to unlock your freedom from the inside and awaken your natural creativity and inner power. At the end of the class, we come together in an Integration & Sharing Circle to reflect on our experience and connect with one another.

Come try this disco inspired Pilates class. This upbeat class will have you moving and grooving to the rhythm while getting a great workout. Not only will you experience the many benefits of Pilates such as increased core strength, flexibility, and improved posture, but you'll also have a blast doing it! Switch up the vibes with a high intensity interval session to some popular feel good house classics. Move your body and have a fun action packed cardiovascular workout targeting the entire body.

This Breathwork & Sound Bath session offers a unique blend of elements. The session begins with a Palo Santo Energy Cleanse and Mindfulness, Intentions, and Affirmations follow, helping to ground you in the present moment. Next, you'll engage in guided gentle movement and breath work, designed to help release physical tension. The guided deep relaxation meditation takes you on a journey into a state of deep calm. The sound bath is the highlight of the session, with the vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, shamanic drums, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, rattles, and more. The session concludes with a Gratitude Practice.

Get ready to unleash your inner superhero at our Superhero Costume Street Dance Party, perfect for kids and their favourite grown-ups who want to get funky and learn some foundation street dance steps. Come dressed in your best superhero costume and get ready to show off your moves. The Wild Ones crew will guide you through a variety of street dance steps that are easy to follow and sure to get the vibes flowing.
