With over 13 years of expertise as a childcare and playwork professional, Luke has masterfully crafted his teaching techniques to develop a truly unique approach. His methodology seamlessly blends circus skills, yoga and performing arts into a dynamic, engaging and mindful experience for children. With his extensive training in ballet, jazz and street dance, Luke possesses the remarkable ability to ignite a sense of exploration and possibility in young minds.

During this guided practice of yin and meditation, you will acquire valuable restorative techniques that enhance your flexibility and aid in the development of tendon and fascial strength. This class, which operates at a slower pace, provides the necessary respite from the frenetic pace of contemporary life. As a result, the class helps you to observe your inner world and release physical, emotional and mental tension.

Elevate your morning routine with this upright movement class! RISE + FLOW classes focus on alignment, breath work, rotation and balance, providing you with a comprehensive and transformative yoga experience. Therefore, by practising with intention and mindfulness, the class will help you prepare your body and mind for the day ahead feeling centred, focused and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

In this fun filled workshop for children of all ages you will learn how to build on foundational movement patterns through the art of play. Circus Skills including plate spinning, juggling and diabolo will be used to help improve co-ordination, spatial awareness and concentration.

The practice of Yoga Nidra is an ancient method of inducing deep states of conscious relaxation. You will be guided through a series of steps designed to help you become more aware of your inner world and release any tensions held in your body. The class will cover essential practices such as mindfulness + breath-work, which have been found to be incredibly effective in regulating your mental + emotional well-being.
