Covid 19 Information

Safeguarding our visitors, our team, and the local community is our priority and therefore we have put measures in place to keep you safe, and limit the potential spread of corona virus. While staff will be equipped with the appropriate PPE our main approaches to combating the risks presented by Covid 19 will be through supporting and maintaining social distancing and appropriate hygiene routines and practices.

What We Are Doing

  • All our facilities have a regular cleaning and disinfecting schedule.
  • Hand sanitisers will be available at all facilities and throughout the site.
  • We will follow current government and local authority guidelines in relation to all operational, hygiene and safety issues. Therefore, there might be longer wait times than usual due to any extra safety measures.
  • Note that we will need to adapt to the changing situation and all or parts of the site may need to be closed. Activities and food service may also be affected.
  • Should the event be cancelled prior to your arrival due to changes in government guidelines regarding Covid-19 and campsites, we will offer a rollover to next year and where this is not possible, a refund of your booking.
  • Check-ins will be conducted outdoors and pre-check in information will be sent to you before you arrive.
  • There will be no communal cooking areas, fridges or ice pack cooling service.

What You Can Do

  • Do not enter the site if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid 19.
  • If you or any of your party suspect or develop Covid symptoms during your stay, please conduct a test and notify us promptly of any positive results. If you test positive you and your party will need to leave the site to get a PCR test and follow the Government guidance regarding self isolating. If you PCR tests are all negative you and your party may return to site.
  • We advise that everyone uses the conveniently located hand sanitisers before AND after touching any equipment or furniture around the campsite and venues.
  • Please respect fellow campers, follow distancing guidelines and wear masks where appropriate
  • Cooperate with the campsite team for any safety measures that may need to be implemented.
